On Saturday, August 9th our family, AJ & Cachelle's bunch, Rue & Heidi's trio, plus Nanna & Grandpa enjoyed a cloudy, yet comfortable evening at the Bee's Baseball Stadium. Verne is somewhat of a celebrity here, so they give us free tickets along the 1st baseline. (Its awesome to know famous people.)

Wes spent a good deal of the time with his Grandpa, because
Grandpa knows everything there is to know about the game.
Here are the twins being entertained by Verne and Nancy. If you look at Stu, he clearly is anticipating a fly ball headed right for the unsuspecting onlookers.

It was fun to see you for the 2 minutes that we did. We had had such a long day and the kids were done!! Wish we could've seen you for more of the game.
